TG Treasures is an online giftware store and is accessible to customers 24/7. This means you can browse and shop for the perfect gift anytime, anywhere. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, our comprehensive selection of curated items is always available to make "Gifting made easy."
If you need to speak to one of our office staff, our opening hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm AEST (Closed on public holidays). To get in contact, please don't hesitate to email us at admin@tgtreasures.com.au or by filling out our Contact Us form.
At this stage we don't, however, we're looking into adding this service to help make your gifting experience just that little bit more easier.
No Worries! If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing your order, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue: 1. Check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails can end up there by mistake as some email providers filter confirmation emails and place them into these folders.
2. If you still can't find it, double-check that the email address you provided during checkout is correct.
3. Wait for a short period of time. Occasionally, there might be a delay in email delivery due to server issues. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You can reach us at admin@tgtreasures.com.au and one of our staff members will be able to assist you during our opening hours of 9am and 4pm AEST Monday - Friday (excludes public holidays)

We are sad to see you go!, however to unsubscribe from receiving emails you can follow a simple process to ensure you no longer receive promotional or informational emails. At the bottom of each email we send, there is an "Unsubscribe" link. Click on this link, and you will be redirected to a page where you can confirm your decision to unsubscribe.

Maintaining the sparkle and elegance of your jewellery is simple and easy! For most pieces, we'd recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe away any oils or dirt. If your jewellery requires a deeper clean, you can create a mild solution using lukewarm water and a few drops of dish soap. Soak the jewellery for a few minutes, then use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean crevices and details. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Remember, to always avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, and ultrasonic cleaners to preserve the integrity and beauty of your treasured pieces.
